At Weft Carpets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new rug doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

    Prepare the Item

    Ensure the carpet is unused, clean, and in its original packaging; items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted.

    Schedule Pickup

    Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our courier partners to collect the item directly from your home at a scheduled time.

  • 4.
    Quality Check & Refund

    After our warehouse team inspects the returned rug, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
